Our on-line web and over-the-telephone order/purchases Returns Policy is as follows:

To return any item, follow these simple steps:

You will receive an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number for returns in the 2-3 business days

• All returns must include all items received - manuals, cables, warranty cards, static bags, etc
• Product must be clean and without scratches or usage marks of any kind.
• Please do not write on the original packaging or box.
• All Orders must be returned double boxed (box-in-a-box packaging).
• Customer is responsible for freight costs when returning the products
• Any returns with missing items will be rejected or chargeable
• Please ensure you include the RMA number marked only on the shipping label, not on the original box.

Non-returnable items:

• Software
• Customized products
• Media: labels, ribbons, receipt paper, printheads, card stock, RFID tags, etc

Customers must return their order within 7-days of receipt of purchase and will incur a 25% restocking fee of the invoice value.
