Ideal for warehouse, shipping, light industry or healthcare - the compact label printers CL-E321 and CL-E331 from Citizen convince in every respect wherever they are used. They are true all-rounders, ones that master label printing in both thermal transfer and direct thermal mode.
Citizen deliberately designed the CL-E321 and CL-E331 to be timelessly elegant - and built them so compact that they require less floor space than an A4-sized piece of paper. They are available in black and white.
What makes these elegant label printers so good? Durable label creation - that's what they were designed for. The CL-E321 and CL-E331 print labels at a speed of up to 200 mm/sec. The CL-E321 has a print resolution of 203 dpi, the CL-E331 300 dpi.
When installing the two are very straightforward. They may be integrated into any system via USB, RS232 and Ethernet; via a link server management tool also via the web browser. If you like, simply send these smart label printers print jobs from your smartphone or tablet.
Speaking of »simple«: the CL-E321 and CL-E331 have two tear-off edges - one at the top and one at the bottom of the output slot. This makes it easy to remove printed labels from any angle. As you see, Citizen has paid a lot of attention to user-friendliness during conception. Need more examples? The housing opens up 180° for easy readjustment of the setting values. Or to change roles and ribbons. Or the printhead, or the print roller - all without tools.
The CL-E321 and CL-E331 work with label rolls up to 5’’ in diameter. Their media sensors may be adjusted to accommodate various sizes, and with their additional Gap and Black Mark sensors, they reliably track where one label ends and the next one starts - so you avoid misprints. If only everything in the workplace was as user-friendly to operate as the Citizen label printers CL-E321 and CL-E331!
