TSC MX241P industrial label printers is designed for high-speed printing in production, transportation & logistics, as well as for medication labeling in healthcare. That’s why it consists of three different printer models: the MX241P is the fastest model with a maximum print speed of 457 mm/sec. at 203 dpi. The MX341P balances speed and resolution with 356 mm/sec. at 300 dpi. The MX641P is the highest print resolution model with 152 mm/sec. at 600 dpi.

All three printer models use either thermal transfer or direct thermal print modes and process labels up to 104 mm wide. Plus, they feature high-precision label recognition which is even suited for miniature labels with a high of 5 mm. In order for the printer to accurately recognise every distance, every print job is controlled by multiple sensors – including sensors for black marks, label gaps and end of the roll.

Simple handling is ensured by the 480 x 272 pixel colour LCD with touch technology and backlighting, as well as a keypad with 6 keys. High performance capabilities include a peeler for all label sizes, a 32-bit RISC CPU, 512 MB SDRAM and 512 MB flash. Connection interfaces include USB 2.0, a USB host, RS-232 and Ethernet. A Wi-Fi 802.11ac and Bluetooth 4.2 or Bluetooth 5.0 MFi combination module is also optionally available.

The robust housing of the MX241P Series is made of aluminum injection molding with a metal cover and a large viewing window on the side. The measurements are up to 300 x 393 x 510 mm (W x H x D) with a weight of approximately 18 kilograms.
