Label Stock – Standard Sizes and Materials To produce exceptional product labels for your kind of application you not only need advanced print technology such as that integrated in Primera’s colour label printers but you also need high-quality substrates.
All Primera Genuine certifi ed inkjet-materials are the ideal choice for labels printed on Primera’s LX-Series Color Label Printers, where full process colour is used to add impact and/or functionality to the label. The following substrates are designed for high resolution printing on on-demand roll to roll inkjet-printers.
Primera has many standard sizes available and any material is available as custom made size. There are di fferent adhesives, too, like non-permanent or hot-melt. Labels have a 0.25” (2mm) corner radius
PAPER INK-JET LABELS:
Matte inkjet Paper Labels A smooth, white face sheet with permanent, acrylic adhesive. Excellent adhesion to cardboard, metals and most plastics. Matte finish is abrasion-resistant and water-resistant.
High-Gloss inkjet Paper Labels A smooth, bright white face sheet with permanent, acrylic adhesive. Excellent adhesion to cardboard, metals and most plastics. High-gloss finish is very abrasion-resistant and water-resistant.
Vintage inkjet Paper Labels Wash-off adhesive substrate, good adhesion to dry and cold bottles, good water resistance in ice bucket immersion.
White Gloss inkjet Polyester Labels Bright white shiny finish with excellent water resistance. General purpose acrylic adhesive.
White Matte Polyester Bright white matte finish with abrasion resistance. Acrylic adhesive with excellent adhesion to glass, metals and most plastics.
Clear Gloss inkjet Polyester Labels Optically clear shiny finish with excellent water resistance. General purpose acrylic adhesive.

Primera inkjet Poly Labels Primera Poly White Gloss and Primera Poly Clear Gloss Eco White or clear bright inkjet coated poly label with a shiny nish. Speci cally designed for applications requiring water-resistance with brilliant photo-realistic quality and full-colour graphics. This super high-gloss material is also highly resistant to abrasion and tearing as well as to semi-harsh chemicals.
Primera Poly Pearly inkjet GlossLabels White pearly smooth inkjet coated poly label with a shiny finish. Speci fically designed for applications where a precious, classy and noble look is desired with brilliant photo-realistic quality. This super high-gloss material is also highly resistant to abrasion and tearing.
Primera Poly White Matte Eco inkjet Labels White smooth inkjet coated poly label with a matte nish. Speci cally designed for use with product labelling, promotional labelling and industrial applications including variable information and requiring photographic colour printing with high resolution image.
Primera Poly White Matte BS-certi ed inkjet Labels White smooth inkjet coated poly label with a matte fi nish and BS5609 Section 2 certifi cation. Excellent UV-stability and tear-resistance. Speci fically designed for industrial applications and extreme conditions including GHS chemical labelling applications.
