Wax Ribbons Used for a wide range of materials. Good imprint and a high print contrast will be achieved by little print heat. Useful for print speed up to 300mm/sec. without loss of quality. With W42 a higher wipe resistance is achieved.
Resin/Wax Ribbons These ribbons are highly recommended because of the wide range of use at chromated or coated papers, as well as plastics. They have a higher abrasion and scratch resistance than pure wax ribbons and the same contrast.
