Zebra CS60 Pocket Companion Barcode Scanners combine
many advantages of a cordless and corded scanner in one single device -
ideal for retail, hospitality, transportation & logistics and light
manufacturing. Particularly convincing is their ergonomic, compact
monocoque design. As such, they fit into almost any trouser pocket as a
cordless version, and as a corded version they offer a compact scanning
option for the POS, self-service kiosks and much more.
Thanks to a
high-resolution megapixel sensor and Zebra's exclusive PRZM intelligent
imaging technology, the scanners even capture challenging, damaged or
poorly legible 1D/2D and OCR barcodes. Using Multi-Code Data Formatting
(MDF), they even read multiple barcodes with a single scan and transfer
them in the desired sequence. Plus, after each scan, users receive a
clear triple feedback: haptic, an LED light and a beep that may be
adjusted in tone and volume.
Other features of the Zebra CS60
Pocket Companion Barcode Scanners include a programmable button on the
side and a replaceable 735 mAh lithium-polymer battery that, when fully
charged, is useable for up to 18 hours. The battery also has versatile
charging options. Among other things you may charge it inductively and
thus clean it very easily. The interface selection consists of USB, NFC,
Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) and Bluetooth 5.0 for reliable connections
with the host up to 100 m away. The scanners also have a Wi-Fi-friendly
mode.
For demanding tasks, the housing of the Zebra CS60 Pocket
Companion Barcode Scanners consists of a single part and withstand
multiple falls from a height of up to 1.5 m. It is also protected
against the ingress of dust and water jets in accordance with IP65
standards. The scanners are also supported by Zebra's »DataCapture DNA«
value-added tools and the »Anti-Lost Tool« for locating misplaced
cordless devices.
