All cash drawer models feature removable cash inserts, 8 weighable coin compartments (9 on the MDX 39) and an insertion slot or universal compartment, depending on the model. The MDX 32 also has 6 slanted banknote compartments and the MDX 39 has 4 banknote compartments with hold-down clamps, while the MDX 42 and MDX 43 both feature 5 banknote compartments.
ANKER Heavy Duty Cash Drawers MDS 45 and MDS 54 are considered short cash drawers with their short pullout and shallow depth. With their 4 slanted bill compartments with a pressure plate (MDS 45) or the banknote insert with slanted compartments (MDS 54), they nevertheless offer plenty of storage space.
