This easy-to-use device fully automatically creates high resolution, two-sided ID, chip, RFID or magnetic stripe cards with 12 points/mm 300 dpi in color. Upon completion of the printing process it tags the cards with a protective or holographic coating. This keeps the cards virtually counterfeit-proof, plus makes them longer lasting.
With up to 120 cards per hour the printer is also well suited for areas with high customer throughput. The internal 16 MB memory ensures for quick production, even with CPU-intensive themes. Front and rear-side slots are at your disposal for subsequent expansions. For a high degree of user-friendliness and simple status checks, the Securion comes equipped with a control panel with a 2-line LCD display, LED and four keys. But not only is the technical side well thought out, but its design as well the compact housing contains a lock to hinder misuse for example, the unauthorized removal of blank cards or hologram sheeting, to protect the device from being manipulated. Optionally you can safeguard the Securion with a Kensington lock, to fix it to its work area, thereby effectively thwarting theft.
For simple integration into existing networks or for direct connection to any hardware, the Securion contains a dual-interface USB and Ethernet. You assign the printer to become a network printer in large companies, or as a desktop device for the individual production of security cards. You optionally receive the Securion with an integrated decoder for magnetic strip and chip cards, as well as for RFID-transponders, to simultaneously tag the cards with electronic information.
