Thanks to its pre-installed Windows CE 6.0 R3 operating system, data flow is performed quickly and reliably. It ensures for a seamless integration into existing software environments. Also pre-installed are the device management softwares Wavelink Avalanche and Terminal Emulation. The XScale microprocessor with 520 MHz, 128 MB RAM and Flash delivers the necessary speed and stability, even for demanding applications.
The non-reflecting TFT colour display comes in the practical size of 26.4 cm 10.4. Operate this vehicle terminal simply via its resistive touch screen. The Rhino can even be operated with gloves, as is the case in cold storage areas or industrial complexes. With a resolution of 640 x 480 pixels, the display ensures for optimal sharp picture quality at all times. Should it be necessary, the user can also use a software keyboard.
