IH21 is a modular UHF RFID reader for use with various Honeywell mobile computers. It gives the devices with which it is combined an RFID range of 13’’ (or 33 cm). Since it charges together with the mobile terminal, it does not require a separate charging station and additional cable to operate it. The IH21 module is protected against dust and splash water according to IP54 standards and withstands falls from heights of 1.2 m, even onto bare concrete.
